To use www.cityofsapres.com, the buyer has to follow the given terms and conditions. COS has the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. We suggest the user to read all the information on the products and services provided carefully.
www.cityofsapres.com will not be held responsible for any damages suffered by the users from the use of any services or products on www.cityofsapres.com. This, without any restraint, includes any kind of loss of data or revenue due to the act or lapse of the vendor in the form of any delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions that may occur. This exemption of responsibility/liability also applies to any damages caused by negligence, defect, failure, performance, deletion, error, or disturbance. It even includes the delay in procedure or transmission, any computer viruses, the fall down of a communication line, theft/devastation or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, circuitous behaviour, or under any other cause of action. All products are checked, screened, and assured by COS to ensure that they are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style, or model that they are representative of.
COS has the right to cancel the order or refuse to deliver any product placed by the user or customer under specific circumstances, like price issues or any other circumstances for which the customer shall be informed. This decision can be made even after the customer has confirmed the order. If the payment has been received, then the amount shall be refunded to the customer/user. If the delivery of the product gets delayed or cancelled due to the user’s fault, like an incorrect or incomplete address or name of the user or the unavailability of the receiver, then the extra cost borne by COS will be charged from the user/customer for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user or customer who placed the order.
The prices and availability of the products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of www.cityofsapres.com. Requests for cancellations of orders once placed on www.cityofsapres.com may be entertained at the sole discretion of COS only.
The users agree to give accurate, correct, and true information only. www.cityofsapres.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If any such details are found to be true, wholly or partly, www.cityofsapres.com has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject the registration or ban the user from using the services of www.cityofsapres.com and or other affiliated websites without any prior intimation whatsoever.
The COS will not be liable for any type or kind of Credit/Debit card fraud. The liability to use a card dishonestly will be on the user, and the ones to prove otherwise will also be on the user. The user must completely use his/her own card on the site.
The COS site shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (Manufacturers, trade organizations, shops, etc.), any act of God (flood, fire, war, or any cause that is beyond human control). COS’s site shall try to deliver the products as per the details and specifications given on the order form by the user, but it reserves the right to deliver a similar, alternate product for reasons beyond its control, and any such delivery shall not be deemed a bad delivery.
www.cityofsapres.com shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days, once the order is delivered. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs in any case, then COS is not liable to pay or refund any amount more than the ordered value of the customer. Users must provide full, accurate, and readable information in the order form.
All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, COS is not responsible for all or part of the failure of non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards. Customs duties and other levies in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. The prices do not include duties for any country.
Users must provide up to 4 weeks to process and deliver orders (Normally, delivered in 5-7 days). In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 4 weeks, www.cityofsapres.com will inform the customer at the earliest possible time.
While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in looks as seen on a computer screen against the actual part received (new or old).
